Unapologetically Female: Thriving in a Man’s World

From the pay gap to the lack of women in senior leadership positions, equality issues are pervasive across the corporate landscape. No industry is immune.

My keynotes and workshops equip the women in your organization to ascend into leadership positions by focusing on business development.

You won’t find me telling women to act more like a man. Female leaders bring different qualities to the table than their male counterparts that are every bit as valuable. So, instead of telling women to change, I empower women to leverage their natural strengths to become rainmakers in their own right.

If your organization suffers from a lack of women in your leadership pipeline, this is where you start to change that for good.

  • Positioning

Clients want to know that you can solve their problem, and that’s why they tend to select a specialist, not a generalist. However, if your female talent doesn’t know how to position themselves uniquely in the marketplace, they probably aren’t closing deals. Time to change that.

  • Confidence

Very few people are confident asking for the sale right out of the gate. This will teach your female talent how to land the client without ever feeling like they’re selling – in fact, the client will be asking how to sign on the dotted line.

  • Leadership

The best leaders lead by example. How can your female talent ever become strong leaders if they don’t know how to develop business? Invest in your leadership pipeline now or face the consequences in the future.

I met Kristi Dosh at a legal marketing event in St. Louis. Upon learning that she would be presenting, I immediately registered for this event and knew that I’d find it extremely beneficial since I followed Kristi on social media. Kristi’s presentation did not disappoint. She provided applicable strategies and helpful tips in the areas of blogging and social media that are still being discussed among LMA St. Louis group months later. Nicely done, Kristi. Keep up the good work!

Kristi is an enthusiastic and engaging speaker. I reached out to her in hopes of her coming to speak to our local American Advertising Federation club and she responded almost right away. Our members were excited to hear her share her experiences in the sports world and she did not disappoint! She connected the dots on how sports marketing can help you propel your own brand and she urged us to find our own field to focus on.

Kristi delivered a powerful message to our 2016 Miami Dolphins Rookie class about the importance of having a “WHY” behind their social media brand. Kristi challenged the rookies to be intentional in building their social media brand in order to maximize the NFL shield and platform while it exists!

Kristi recently spoke on “Power – How to use it in a man’s world” at a Jacksonville Women’s Leadership Forum event. Wow, what a dynamic speaker with loads of great thoughts, real world examples and things to take away and put in to practice! Her ability to engage the audience and provide thought provoking ideas was outstanding. I look forward to seeing her speak again soon!

Kristi graciously agreed to share her knowledge as a speaker in the JAXCoE Distinguished Speaker Series, a monthly event for entrepreneurs at Unity Plaza in Jacksonville, FL. Her presentation was top notch – professional, engaging and chock full of valuable information. Attendees are still talking about the value they took from the event. I’m delighted to know Kristi and look forward to many more interactions with her in the future.
